By creating an account on this website run by the J. Harper Kent Charitable Foundation Inc. (the "Foundation"), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I have read and understood the Foundation's Privacy Policy (the "Policy"). I understand that the Foundation may update the Policy from time to time and that the most current version governs the Foundation's use of my personal information.
• I authorize the Foundation to collect my personal information directly from me and, where necessary for the purposes described in the Policy, from other sources such as my references and educational institutions.
• I consent to the Foundation using my personal information for the Permitted Purposes outlined in the Policy.
• I consent to the Foundation contacting me regarding my application, requests for additional information, and award administration.
• If I am selected as a recipient of a general annual scholarship, I consent to the Foundation listing my name as a current recipient on the Foundation's website, as described in the Policy.
• If I am selected as a recipient of a Dr J. Harper Kent Scholarship Bursary award, I consent to the Foundation listing my name, posting the photograph of my likeness provided by me, and my biography on the Foundation's website, as described in the Policy.
• In no event will the Foundation, its directors, officers, agents or employees, be responsible for losses, damages or expenses of any kind whatsoever caused to me relating to or arising in any manner under or in connection with my creation of a Profile and/or submission of an Application and the information I provide to the Foundation or information that is provided to the Foundation by third parties in relation to me. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in no event will the Foundation be liable for damages for loss of data or information or other pecuniary loss, special damages or any other damages relating to or arising in any my creation of a Profile and/or submission of an Application and the information I provide or that is provided by third parties in relation to me.
